This is the privacy statement of WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO). In this statement, WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) provides information about the personal data processed by WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO), the way in which and the purposes for which this is done. WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) does not process any special and / or sensitive personal data from you, unless WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) has explicitly requested and received permission for this in advance. WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) therefore does not process data such as race, religion or belief, political or sexual preference, data about your health, creditworthiness or criminal history.

Data of persons younger than 16 years

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. E. Cookies

WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. On the one hand WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) uses cookies with purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly, for example, your preferred settings can be remembered and help us to make the website work properly. We can also use this to optimize our website. Tracking cookies in our marketing emails

When you receive a (marketing) email from us, downloading images or clicking on a link in these emails will result in you being personally identified. We can therefore see whether you open our e-mail and click through to the website from the e-mail. If you do not want that, you can unsubscribe from our mailings or set your browser so that it does not accept cookies.

Accept or decline cookies

You can decide whether you accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually adjust your browser settings so that cookies are refused. F. Publication

Publication of personal data by search engines, such as Google, is protected by WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO). In this way we protect your personal data against disclosure. WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) will only publish your photos with your written permission. We are a high quality, artistic enterprise, we are innovative and discover new possible forms of expression and creative ways, therefore it is very important for us to be able to present these ideas and to bring a wider audience and participate in competitions with our works. To do this, we always request written permission from our models in a form of signed model release. We only publish works that are foreseen for this model release. If you are a proud customer of WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) and you want to show your friends, family or wider audience in our photos on our pages, that is possible after signing a Model Release / Quitclaim.

G. Retention period

WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Part of this is the automatic removal of data from users who have not ordered any services or products for more than 7 years. This data is automatically deleted by WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO). The final selection that you have made to receive photos has been saved by us for an unlimited period of time, among other things to allow you to have the photos sent to you again in the future (at current rates) if you have lost them digitally or in print. We give you the option of ordering multiple copies of prints or other products with us in the future or having them made into collages. Because these photos contain our copyright and other photographers or you do not get permission from us to edit them and make other works out of them. They are kept in a well-protected archive, also for us as proof of the original files (RAWs) to protect our copyrights in case of infringement. The unsuccessful and not chosen photos will be destroyed together with RAW files within 90 days. You can also have the unselected photos removed faster by submitting a request. All photos that you have received or that we prepared a final edited and retouched version of are stored for an unlimited time by us and our heirs in a secure location as a proof in order to protect our author rights. It also gives you the possibility to order your photos again in case you have lost them or deleted. No rights can be claimed if the photos disappear from our archives. No photos of you are published without permission.

H. View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to privacy@wonderlove.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We hereby request that you make your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. In addition, you always have the right to submit a complaint about our data processing to the Dutch Data Protection Authority: https://autoriteit Persongegevens.nl.

Security

WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. This includes the encrypted sending of personal data via the website (SSL). If you have the impression that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via privacy@wonderlove.nl. Our mail communication uses Google technologies, our domain is secured and certified for email traffic by correct SPF records, DKIM keys, DMARC and TXT confirmation keys. Furthermore, double authorization was used for access to all computer equipment and mobile devices for all online services of G Suite. If you communicate with us in Messanger via our Facebook page, via WhatsApp or via Instagram Direct Message, these messages protect high-end Facebook encryption technology. Our access to these accounts is very well protected, with long difficult passwords and double verification.

This privacy statement was drafted on 10/14/2014 and was last amended on 20-01-2020. If WONDERLOVE (NOVERSO) makes a change to its privacy statement, we will note above this page when the last change has been made and inform you, for example via our website or by e-mail.
